Isabelle Verduyn's focus is on medical law and health law.
CredentialsIsabelle was runner-up for the 2017 Nullum Crimen Prize with her master’s thesis comparing application of the Culpa-in-causa principle in the Netherlands and France, with her thesis published in 2018 in the "Nullum Crimen" journal.
EducationIsabelle gained her Master of Law degree with distinction from the University of Antwerp in 2017. A lawyer at the Antwerp Bar since September 2018, Isabelle's focus is on medical liability law.
In the 2020-2021 academic year, Isabelle gained her Postgraduate Diploma in Health Law and Health Ethics with distinction from the University of Antwerp.
In 2021, Isabelle also gained certificates with respect to Special Training in Juvenile Justice and the Supralat - Salduz Training.
She is currently taking a Master's degree in Healthcare Management and Policy at KU Leuven.
In March 2023, Isabelle joined Arcas Law's healthcare, pharma & life sciences practice group.
