Registered with the Brussels Bar since 2025 – the year he joined Arcas Law – Pascal Beyer focuses on corporate criminal law in the broader sense.
During his studies, he gained relevant practical experience at law firms specialised in corporate, criminal and financial law and at the FSMA Auditor's Office.

Credentials

Pascal has strong ties with the KU Leuven's Institute of Criminal Law where he works as a part-time assistant. He also serves on the Supervisory Committee of Leuven-Central prison.

Education

Pascal gained his master’s degree in law with distinction from KU Leuven in 2024 with a specialization in criminal and economic law. As part of his master’s degree, he spent one semester studying at Zurich University. He went on to gain a master’s degree in taxation with honours from KU Leuven.
