Arnaud Vannieuwenhuyze is active in corporate law, commercial law, and economic law, with a particular focus on insolvency law. He advises companies and assists them in dispute resolution.
Arnaud is a law-practice assistant at the Institute for Commercial Law and Insolvency Law at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
Arnaud has been a lawyer since October 2013, when he was enrolled in the Leuven Bar, and he has been a member of the Antwerp Bar since February 2017 when he joined Arcas Law.
EducationArnaud has a Master of Laws Degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. As part of the Erasmus exchange programme, he spent a year studying at the University of Edinburgh.
After these years in law school, he completed an additional master’s degree, obtaining a Master of Laws Degree in Corporate Law from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. He also completed the post-university training as Receiver-Liquidator.
