Jonathan Vanderstichele has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 2018.

Jonathan specialises in commercial litigation and risk management. He assists clients in matters of (international) commercial law, contract law, tort law, agency- and distribution law, insurance law and transport law. In addition, Jonathan has extensive experience in handling disputes before the courts and arbitration institutions, as well as in alternative dispute resolution.

Jonathan also has extensive knowledge of blockchain and smart contracts.

Jonathan started his career with Lydian's Commercial & Litigation department, before joining Arcas in February 2024.
