We assist clients in all aspects concerning the public sector. More specifically, we act for and on behalf of public authorities in the broad sense, or we represent clients in actions against them.
We advise on environmental law, and this covers environmental permits for town and city planning and permits for operating classified equipment or plants, environmental protection enforcement rules and regulations, urban development restitution claims, immoveable heritage, etc., expropriations, soil remediation procedures, administrative enforcement law on environment and urban development, analysis of spatial planning instruments such as land-use plans.
We focus strongly on screening for risks and on managing the process in the award and performance of public contracts.
