We advise clients on what is or is not allowed, and, if needed, we draw up internal rules and regulations or check existing company policies to see if they are compliant.
We have experience in handling criminal prosecutions for corruption or bribery under public law as well as private law.
Some of our work in corruption or bribery matters include:
- assisting a constructor of transport equipment in a judicial investigation into corruption, which was aimed at obtaining and keeping important contracts for the supply of public transport equipment;
- assisting a director of a company active in the domestic waste collection sector in criminal charges for bribery of the mayor and aldermen of a municipality in the context of awarding a domestic waste collection contract.
