- assisting in different major cases concerning intermodal transport and the application of the CMR Convention;
- advising on the interaction between the LLMC (Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims) and oil pollution;
- advising on the right of passengers to compensation in the event of flight delays, which is based on the European Flight Compensation Regulation 261/2004;
- assisting in relation to the scope of a maritime claim that is required for ship arrest.
