Het gaat om de meest uiteenlopende producten: auto’s en auto-onderdelen, dierenvoeding, frisdranken, geneesmiddelen, machines, medische hulpmiddelen (bv. kunstheupen, protheses, operatiemateriaal), staalproducten, voedingswaren etc. Veel van deze zaken hebben een internationaal karakter, omdat de producten in verschillende landen worden verkocht. Wij treden op voor de producenten, de importeurs en de leveranciers en desgevallend ook voor de benadeelden.

- assisting a global diversified technology and multi-industrial leader with its defence against an indemnification claim brought by a customer on grounds of alleged defects in a refrigeration unit that broke down and necessitated the shutting down of a part of a chemical plant;
- assisting a leading car manufacturer in all its product liability matters;
- assisting a leading manufacturer of hip-replacement products against various consumer claims and coordinating its defence in other countries.
