Lawyer

A lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 2017, Siedse Willems has litigation experience in a variety of commercial sectors including distribution, logistics and transportation, construction and real estate, contractual disputes, insolvency, energy, technology and media. He is a member of several business associations and is frequently called upon as a speaker on construction disputes and real estate transactions.
Siedse joined Arcas Law in August 2025.

Education

Siedse gained his bachelor's degree in law from Hasselt University in 2015 and his master's degree in law from Ghent University in 2017, having specialized in corporate law. During his studies, Siedse was active in various faculty councils, completed internships at several large and medium-sized law firms and participated in the Moot Court International Dispute Settlement.
